ERNiCu-7 (AWS A5.14) welding wire is a solid solution nickel-copper alloy filler metal designed for welding Monel 400 and other similar Ni-Cu alloys. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, brine, salt, and acidic environments, making it ideal for marine, chemical, and food processing industries.

The wire is widely used for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes. Its stable arc, low spatter, and ease of use make it a preferred choice for both fabrication and maintenance welding in harsh conditions.

SNi4060 is the corresponding Chinese designation for ERNiCu-7, compliant with GB/T standards.
